TORONTO, Oct. 30, 2018 /CNW/ - Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. announced today that it will exercise its right to redeem all of its 4,000,000 outstanding Fixed/Floating Cumulative Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares, Group 3, Series D (the "Series D Shares") on November 29, 2018 at the price of $25.00 per share plus $0.126 per share in accrued and unpaid dividends for the period October 1, 2018 to November 29, 2018, for an aggregate total of approximately $100,504,000.

Beneficial holders who are not directly the registered holder of the Series D Shares should contact the financial institution, broker or other intermediary through which they hold these shares to confirm how they will receive their redemption proceeds. Inquiries should be directed to the Registrar and Transfer Agent, Computershare Investor Services Inc. at 1-800-564-6253.
