TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 12, 2007) - Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. (TSX:ENB)(NYSE:ENB), on July 9, 2007 will redeem all of its outstanding 10.60% Debentures maturing July 6, 2012, for a price of 101.67% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest for the period following the next upcoming interest payment date, on July 6, 2007.
As of the redemption date, interest will cease to accrue. The redemption price and accrued interest will be credited to the accounts of beneficial holders through their individual brokers. Beneficial holders may contact their individual brokers for additional information about payments.
The 10.60% Debentures are not listed for trading on any stock exchange and were originally issued in July 1987 by Enbridge Gas Distribution Inc. (formerly named The Consumers' Gas Company Ltd.).
